Center for Instructional Technology and Training
We would like to introduce Rodney Gammons, who was recently named the new Assistant Director of Instructional Design within the Center for Instructional Technology and Training. Since 2016, Rodney has served as an instructional designer in CITT and has contributed to various teams and projects across UFIT. He brings a background in educational technology, advising, teaching, and instructional design that will continue to drive and expand our services.
Rodney earned a Master of Education in Educational Technology from the University of Florida and taught classes at Santa Fe College. During his teaching career, Rodney supervised a team of teachers and advised students in Upward Bound and Information Technology Education.
His contributions in CITT have ranged from developing and facilitating workshops to designing courses to leading UFIT's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racist committee. We are all excited to see Rodney lead the team.
