Ngoc-Minh (Minh) Pham holds a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Before joining the University of Florida, she has worked as a data science fellow for the Metadata Research Center at Drexel University, as a data analyst for the Missouri Small Business Development Center, as a user experience and usability researcher for the Information Experience Lab at the University of Missouri, and as a high school teacher for gifted students in Vietnam. In her free time, Minh loves gardening and reading.
