Ricky began with the department full-time in August '92. He has administered standardized exams, faculty exams, quizzes and surveys. His duties have ranged from scanned faculty evaluations to hiring and managing staff for FTCE, CLAST, MPRE, ACT, GRE and Praxis exams (former services). He currently facilitates scanning for course-level assessments and creating reports for grade passback to eLearning Canvas.
